I want to thank to Mrs. Thu and all of The Time Journeys for organize the holiday of our life time. I have enjoyed our tour so much. 10 days was to short but were so impressed with your country, Vietnam. My tour guide were so good and friendly with me. Vietnamese food was amazing. The transport were very clean and comfortable. My some friends are already making plans for Vietnam, maybe 2025. I will make sure they work with you.

It was nice to hear from you 🙂 I am sorry for not writing to you earlier, but it has been very busy these days.

I will try to give you my overall feedback from our trip and make some suggestions. Also I am sending some pictures with Thê!

I believe Vietnam has developed fast in the last 10 years and what was authentic in the past became mainstream these days. It is important to visit the big cities, but the beauty of your country is in the countryside. We felt we did not spend as much time as we wanted in the countryside, for example, going to Ha Giang.

Thê was a great guide and he definitely made our time better. He was very knowledgeable and took us to really honest places, helped us bargain in the markets, and chose less crowded areas to visit in Ninh Binh. This is our the idea of a private guide!  Cooking Classes were nice. The best one was in Hoian.

Next time we visit Vietnam, we will go to coffee plantations and also Ha Giang!! I wish you all the best and good luck with your business!

Wonderful Experience with The Time Journey!

Highly recommended Tour Operator in Vietnam. I spoke to Vicky, and she is very friendly, warm and professional. She always reminds me ahead of time with the tour schedule and answers all my questions promptly. The tour went smoothly, it was well coordinated from start to finish. The Hotel is very good, just within the nearby shops in the city center. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience 🙂 Will definitely recommend The Time Journey to all my friends 🙂

Tour Itinerary – was just the right amount of time at each location – couldn’t change anything personally!
Guides – We were very happy and satisfied with our tour guides, they were all very polite,
knowledgeable, punctual and helped us out where-ever possible i.e. with luggage, hotel check-ins, airport and train check-ins, as well as giving us some great recommendations for evening meals. Please forward our thanks to them!
Hotels – they were all of a good standard and in good location. We are satisfied.
Transport – The cars were all good. We felt very confident with the drivers and never felt unsafe.
Meals – all included meals were good

The best part of our tour in Vietnam were the people that accompanied us during our trip: the guides and drivers. They were ALL real professionals willing to go an extra mile. I do think and hope we were not very complicated customers in our wishes but whatever we asked for or needed, they were all willing to asisst us with. for example, our first guide organised a hair cut for me in Hanoi since i needed one and I didnt manage to get one in Europe.

They were also very knowledgeable, be it about history or everyday things like recommendations as to where to dine or other things. It is my high recommendation to you to continue working with these people because they are a real assest to your company. Please send my regards to all, and one big thanks to all of them (eventhough i am friends on fb with ngo hoang and  pham the (sugar).

Another positive aspect of the tour were the meals and the vehicles, the organisation of the venues/restaurants and the choice of menu were perfect.
