Upon arrival at the Yangon and after clearing immigration and customs, meet with your guide with a welcome signboard marked “The Time Journeys’s LOGO & your name. Then your tour guide will transfer to your hotel in Centre. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore city.

After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and transfer to airport for early flight to Bagan. Upon arrival, check in to hotel and depart for a sightseeing excursion around the Bagan Archaeological Zone World Heritage Area. A comprehensive exploration of Bagan includes Nyaung Oo market; Shwezigon Pagoda, the prototype of later Myanmar stupas; Kyansittha Umin; Wet-kyi-inn Gubyaukgyi Temple with exquisite mural painting of 13th century and Htilominlo Temple. In the afternoon, after a visit to lacquer ware workshops; continue to Manuha Temple built by exile King Manuha; Nanphaya, said to have been the residence of King Manuha; Ananda Temple, architectural masterpiece and Oak-Kyaung monastery decorated with multi colour mural paintings. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from one of the temple of Bagan.

After breakfast, depart the hotel for flight to Heho on the Shan plateau. Today is the special highlight of the trip. Phaung Daw Oo pagoda festival – Four Buddha Images out of five from Phaung-daw-oo Pagoda are carried on royal barge and conveyed around 14 villages on the Lake. The barge is towed by the boats of leg -rowers and hundreds of boats follow the procession. Among the dance shows and fun-fairs, the most interesting event of the festival, especially for foreigners, is their boat race – due to their unique leg rowing. It is the one and only place in the world that one can see such marvelous act. Continue rest of the day by exploring the Inle Lake area by boat.

Today we will experience more about the life of the leg-rowing Intha fisherman. A boat trip will take us to Indeinn at the west of Inle Lake and witness the farmers harvesting their crops. Then visit the 16th century pagoda of Indeinn.
In the afternoon, we continue experience the unique leg-rowing style with local fisherman. You can even try to row like them and learn how they catch fishes transfer to airport to a flight back to Yagon. Arrive in Yagon, pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Free time.

Breakfast at your hotel, the guide pick you up and transfer you to visit Strand Road and experience the life of the people along the Yangon River. Afterward, walk in the Pansoedan Street with solemn French colonial buildings which stores a part of the Burmese history. Leave the streets, we explore the pagodas and temples, and the first is the Sule Pagoda – a gold-covered stupa located at the center of the downtown Yangon then move to the City Hall – a prominent French colonial building of the capital. Closing the morning with Mahabandola Garden – the perfect place for relaxing in the morning with grass field and flowers.
In the afternoon, continue exploring the other slices of the life in the capital by visiting the Bogyoke market where you can find anything in Myanmar, from common product like clothing foods to luxurious goods like gem, jewelry and souvenirs. Then, visit a glass factory and see how they blow the glass before peek into a natural warehouse. To complete the city tour, enjoying the sunset view from the Shwedagon Pagoda – a golden pagoda of the capital – is seemed to be the best ending for the day.
Then transfer back to airport for the departure flight. Your journey with The Time Journeys is now complete…
